The open-plan layout is bright and welcoming, with a double bed positioned for laid-back mornings and a sofa bed offering extra sleeping space when needed. Evenings feel effortless thanks to the Smart TV and Netflix, perfect for settling in with a film or catching up on your favourite series.

The kitchen area is equipped with everything required for simple self-catering, including an induction hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, and a full set of utensils, making meals quick and fuss-free. A sleek shower room with basin and WC provides the convenience of home, while fresh linen, towels, duvets, and pillows are ready and waiting, so you can settle straight into your break. Step outside and you’ll find a lawned area with a picnic bench, an ideal spot for morning coffee, easy outdoor meals, or unwinding beneath wide open skies as the day draws in. The picturesque hamlet of Tewitfield is settled in Lancashire beside the Lancashire Canal. Stroll along the Tewitfield Canal Locks for scenic views of the countryside, ideal for avid walkers and cyclists. The village is home to a marina, where you will find barges and boats and across the road is an excellent farm shop selling local produce and hosting crafts. You can enjoy dining at a County Inn, Longlands Hotel with a restaurant serving traditional meals. Have some family fun at Crazy Golf @ Greenlands and enjoy exploring the surrounding area, with Pike Lake for a peaceful afternoon and Cinderbarrow Miniature Railway slightly further afield. Jump in the car and visit the market town of Carnforth for a wide selection eateries and specialty shops for a souvenir to remember your holiday by. Steeped in history is the bustling town of Kendal, where you can explore a Georgian Manor, the 12th century ruins of Kendal Castle and unveil the past at the museum.
