Tidal sands border Morecambe Bay's vast extent in the picturesque region immediately north of Carnforth. In this beautiful region of Lancashire, there are many opportunities for relaxing walks and to observe the local fauna and birds. Don't overlook Kirkby Lonsdale, a charming mediaeval market town.
