Other local attractions include Greenlands Farm Village for crafts, local produce, a play area, café, and a garden centre. The lovely area just north of Carnforth has tidal sands bordering the huge expanse of Morecambe Bay. It offers plenty of pleasant walks and opportunities to see local birds and wildlife in this fabulous area of Lancashire. Don't forget to visit the lovely old market town of Kirkby Lonsdale where you can walk or cycle along the Lancaster to Kendal Canal nearby.
