Fell View is a cosy and clean cottage in Sedbergh, praised for its convenient location within walking distance to pubs, shops, and fells. Guests appreciate the well-stocked kitchen and private garden, though some noted limited wardrobe space in the second bedroom. Overall, it offers a comfortable stay with easy access to local amenities.
Guests have found the cottage to be very clean, with only a minor mention of 'spider friends', which is typical for a cottage setting.
The location is highly regarded for its proximity to the town, shops, and fells, despite a small issue with the map accuracy which does not detract from the overall experience.
The cottage is generally considered comfortable, especially the main bedroom and living areas. However, the second bedroom is noted to be a bit cramped for two adults.
Facilities are good with quality appliances and a well-stocked kitchen. Parking is available, though it can be tight. The second bedroom's lack of storage slightly impacts this score.
While guests have mentioned appreciating extras like hand soap and washing up items, there is no mention of gifts, so it is not possible to score this category.

A comfy, cosy cottage tucked away in a lovely road in the heart of Sedbergh within easy walk of the town’s pubs and shops. Cottage very clean, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and extras, such as foil, clingfilm etc. These don’t always come with cottage stays but are always welcomed. We really enjoyed our stay and would return. Only things I would say are, wardrobe hanging space was limited and second bedroom only had hooks on wall, so bring hangers. Also, the location on the map is wrong both before and after booking. The cottage is in the town, the road opposite the school and near a handy Spa shop. That said, these weren’t an issue. Just good to know and in fact better to be in walking distance of the pub, shops and fells!

Great little cottage but not really suitable to sleep 4. The 2nd bedroom did have 2 single beds- but nothing else - we had to live out of a suitcase stored on the landing- not a relaxed experience.

Clean and tidy apart from our spider friends. Liked the extras like hand soap and washing up stuff. Easy walk to shops
