The attractive rural village of Lazonby is situated on the edge of the Eden Valley and North Pennines, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Between Lazonby and Armathwaite is the Eden Gorge, one of Cumbria's best kept secrets which is well worth a visit.
