This was our second stay at the Hayloft, it is a lovely cosy cottage and it is immaculately presented and very well equipped with everything you might need. The area is beautiful with walks from the door and Kirkby Stephen has everything you need shopping and eating wise but there are also excellent places to visit within a reasonable distance, Sedburgh, Appleby and Barnard Castle for example. It is a great base to explore the wonderful countryside from and we really recommend it.
