Enclosed garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and BBQ. 10-acre grounds (shared with owner). Hot tub for 4 (private). Bike Store. Please note: Maximum 2 adults and 1 child.. The Lodge is beautifully situated in the Cumbrian countryside with the owner living next door. This lovely property has been built with comfort and style in mind, set in 10 acres of land and you can even bring your horse! The property is stylish and contemporary with a relaxing vibe. The bedroom boasts a kingsize bed with 50" TV whilst the modern bathroom has a double walk-in shower.
The Lodge has an open plan feel with the living, kitchen all in one space, and the sofa bed provides additional sleeping in the living area. Outside you are met with country views, 10 acres of land and your own private garden with hot tub and seating area. It is within 20 minutes’ drive to Windermere and Coniston and 10 minutes to Barrow-in-Furness and Ulverston, home of the amazing Buddhist centre. A few miles down the road is the South Lakes Safari Zoo and Furness Abbey. Beach 6 miles. Shop and restaurant 4 miles and pub 1 mile.

We had a lovely stay at the Lodge in Ulverston. We travelled 150 miles, and It was definitely worth the travel. As someone from the city, the local scenery was beautiful. The lake district, Aria force, and local mountains were within driving distance. My only note would be the dog hairs in the living room carpet. With a 1 year old that loves to crawl around, the dog hairs were a small downside. But this did not affect our stay. The lodge was clean, more than equipped with kitchen utensils. Even coffee, sugar, and washing up liquid in the kitchen. The hot tub was beautiful, very relaxing after a day of visiting mountains. I would 100% recommend the lodge. Lovely property, lovely area, and we would definitely stay again! Thank you

The lodge was nice and pretty well equipped Location was ok but you need a car Bed amazing Sofa not the most comfortable and can probably do with replacing The blinds in the bedroom didn’t work properly And the internet code was incorrect so with no signal getting in touch was an issue that said the new code was provided quickly We couldn’t get our Netflix’s app on either tv Garden was the biggest disappointment for us it was tiny so the pictures are a little misleading and the BBQ area doesn’t really exist we asked how to access and were told via electronic gates but were never provided with the code All in all a pleasant stay with a couple of irritants that if resolved would have improved the stay
