We had a wonderful stay in this lovingly restored cottage. It has been renovated to a high standard and had everything you could possibly need. The welcome hamper was a thoughtful touch, along with dishwasher and washing machine tablets. It was ideally situated within walking distance to local amenities and pubs. The countryside around Appleby was stunning for walking and there are plenty of places to visit. We enjoyed it so much we are already planning a return visit. Thank you for having us.

Central & quiet location. Free parking. Beautifully decorated, clean & comfortable beds and good quality linens. Host was extremely helpful and made contact to make sure we were all ok. Extra Welcome pack is a lovely touch and especially the doggy treats. Have previously stayed in other accommodations that didn’t provide a spot of washing up liquid, everything required is provided here in this cottage. Would definitely recommend, and hopefully we will return again. 😁
