Lovely little cottage to use as a base to explore the Lakes/Eden valley.

Lovely little cottage clean and ideally located in appleby. Welcome hamper on arrival Lovely touch.In our party There were 4 adults and 2 small dogs we felt it was a bit cramped with 3 on a sofa couldn't put your feer up to get snuggled up another adult on a separate chair and having to move furniture to set up the fold up dinner table.another comfy chair would suffice. My personal opinion is that it is perfect for 2-3 adults and 2 small dogs.This isn't derogatory at all as one of the owners said they were new to this and what they've achieved so far is very good.And we wish them the best of luck.

Had a wonderful stay over Christmas great location and plenty of walks in the area along with days out.Cottage was cosy, snug, spotless and had everything we need, will definitely return.
