Pippin Cottage is a quaint stone and slate built retreat situated just off the main street in Sedbergh. It is the perfect base for many stunning walks which caters for all abilities, and for all other outdoor activities.
The idyllic village of Sedbergh is a small stone built town nestling in the Howgills on the border of the Lake District, it is approximately seven miles from Kendal. The area is fantastic for walkers, mountain bikers or even just to relax and admire the breathtaking countryside. The village is famous for being mentioned in the Domesday Book. As well as book shops there are several excellent pubs serving traditional food, café's serving delicious cream teas and sweet shops, so you won't be short of a well earned rest after your day's activities.
