Perfect for our family of 5 plus the pooch! The living room come diner was a great size for children to play in on rainy days and the garden was fantastic for when the sun was shining. Utility and drying room were very useful! Great location for exploring - Motor museum, Ulverston, Windermere and Beatrix Potter attractions all ideal for kids.

The accommodation was great, comfortable and clean and being in the grounds of the house was amazing. The only thing that was difficult was the TV didn’t work very well and there was no one on hand all week to talk about it. All in all a wonderful holiday thanks

We had expected one en-suite which turned out not to be the case. I think that should be made clear. I think that there should be second wc for 6 people sharing.
