For walkers, the Eden Valley is brimming with potential adventures whether you are following the River Eden itself or tackling the varied routes cross country. Further afield, the market town of Penrith 9.5 miles away has independent shops, restaurants and a popular golf course as well as an exhibition centre and cinema. Cross the cobbled courtyard to reach the front door, and behind the traditional sandstone exterior is a comfortable living space equipped with everything you need to relax.
