You ll never be short of stunning walking routes whilst staying in this area. Follow the 182 mile Coast to Coast route, venturing east into the Yorkshire Dales or west into the Lake District. Set off on two wheels or your trusty hiking boots to explore the Eden Valley (approx. 15 miles) or take day trips to the nearby towns of Windermere (31.5 miles) and Kendal (23 miles).
