Snaptrip says

Birkett Barn is highly praised for its stunning location, luxurious comfort, and excellent facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a popular hot tub. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness, the beautiful views, and the thoughtful touches provided by the welcoming hosts. While the vast majority of feedback is overwhelmingly positive, a single review mentions issues with comfort and maintenance.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews consistently mention the property being clean and well-maintained, with only one negative comment regarding the hot tub's cleanliness, which slightly impacts the otherwise perfect perception.

The property's location is frequently described as beautiful and perfect for walks, with stunning views, particularly from the hot tub. One review had difficulty finding the property, but this seems an isolated issue.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with plush sofas and comfy beds, though one review notes the beds in some rooms as less comfortable, slightly lowering the score.

The barn is lauded for its luxurious facilities, including ensuites and a state-of-the-art kitchen. However, one review cites issues with maintenance and the hot tub, which suggests room for improvement.

Many guests mention the thoughtful touches like complimentary wine and biscuits, which add to their experience. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, the score reflects this.

The property was warm and very comfortable. All of the electrical appliances were of high quality. It was great to have plenty of crockery and cutlery. It was great that all bedrooms were the same so no quibbling about who got what room and some of the little touches (biscuits, sweets, face wipes) were really appreciated. Finally the hot tub was easily accessed from the property and was lovely and clean.

Lots of kitchen crockery and tools available, had everything we needed. Cons: The beds were really uncomfortable. No one slept the whole 4 nights. The hot tub was really dirty…unfortunately wasn't clean It was tough having living room upstairs and kitchen downstairs
