Great place to stay, 2 nice pubs in the village and an easy walk to the beach for an ice cream. Train station right on your door step. Ample space for 4 people to stay and the cottage was clean and warm. Would certainly recommend.

We liked the station house, but was surprised about the number of steps so not suitable for impair people.Cleanliness was good, though there were a few cobwebs around. When coming to clean before vacating the property, the vacuum didn't work. Which I reported to the Keswick office, who were very pleasant to speak to.The railway was not a problem to us though made the dog jump a bit once or twice.

Lovely place, somethings could do with updating - beds were comfy but needs a couple of new pillows. Everything you need in the kitchen, I must however say the microwave would never pass a PAT test, the inside is rusty and pitted, I think probably dangerous and didn't use I left it unplugged. Other than that the grass could do with mowing and some weed pulling would make the outside look more cared for.
