Lovely, spacious bungalow. Hot tub was great and we used it a lot. We were blessed with gorgeous weather all week which must be unusual for the lakes. Nice welcome pack with wine and beautiful fresh farm eggs (double-yolkers!). Could do with a few more bowls- there were 7 of us and we kept running out. Local pub, Ye Olde Greyhound Inn, is well worth a visit, the food is excellent- loved the freshly made steak pies and the chips are great. Only open Fri to Sun though. A bit away from lakes area but with a car it’s not a problem. The owners are on hand if needed and helped out with advice but otherwise we didn’t really see them. Would definitely recommend.
