Upon entering Lawson, you'll be greeted by the spacious open-plan living area, where you can unwind on the inviting seating in front of the Smart TV. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals to be enjoyed at the dining table. The property boasts two well-presented bedrooms: a king-size room with a TV for those lazy mornings in bed, and a twin room which can be converted into a king-size on request, offering flexibility for your party.

The bedrooms are served by sleek en-suite facilities, one is complete with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, whilst the other features a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, providing ample space for everyone to prepare for their day. Step outside onto the enclosed decking, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of nature. Aspatria is a small town in west Cumbria which has had a settlement there for over 3000 years. The town is located on the site of an old Roman road and is known for its 19th century St. Kentigern church. Lying just 5 miles from the coast and on the edge of the Lake District National Park, Aspatria is a superb base for discovering the Cumbrian countryside. It has a railway station and a number of shops and pubs. Just a few miles to the north is the market town of Wigton which still holds a market each Tuesday in the covered market hall. Wigton is a popular centre for shopping, pubs and restaurants, and also boasts a theatre, bowls, swimming, tennis and other sports. The port town of Silloth is just a few miles away and has a wide range of amenities. Aspatria is a wonderful location for a memorable Cumbrian holiday.
