You are perfectly positioned for walking hiking and mountain biking around the area. Enjoy a day out where you can go and explore the wonders of the Lake District where you could take a boat ride on Ullswater or just wonder at the majestic mountains on offer. Walk through the field from the parking area and enter the bespoke pod where you will find the open/plan lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area with underfloor heating throughout.

The stylish lounge area with TV is the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring the local area. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric two ring hob fridge with ice compartment and microwave ideal for those evenings you stay in and cook. There is a dining table with seating ideal for romantic meals. At the rear of the property there is a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed to the rear of the pod and next to this through a door you will find the spacious shower room with shower and WC. Venturing outside is the private decked area with seating and charcoal BBQ where you can enjoy magnificent countryside views across the countryside.

This is a perfect area for al fresco dining or perhaps to enjoy a nice glass of wine or a good local ale whilst relaxing with the fire pit. Lockable storage for bikes is available on site and parking for one car is available across the field from the pod. Need to know: 1 sleeping area with double bed. 1 shower room.
