The cottage is ideally situated within the heart of the Cheshire countryside, and yet only a short drive to Chester, a bustling cosmopolitan city with rich history and architecture. Cheshire s rich roman and Tudor history is easily seen in its architecture and buildings, for example you can walk on the roman wall around the city, and also see the original gates to the city . The characteristic black and white Tudor architecture is also easily visible in Chester, with buildings nestled together along Bridge street, or enjoy its great shops, pubs and restaurants. Two of Chester s biggest attractions Chester Zoo, and Chester Racecourse are great days out for all the family. Other cities which can all be reached by a short drive include Liverpool and Manchester. The front door of this cottage leads into an entrance hall with space for muddy boots and coats, before leading into a light and spacious open plan lounge/diner with comfy sofas, where you can snuggle up in front of the wood burner and enjoy dining together with seating for four. The bright kitchen offers everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite meals, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washer/dryer. Heading upstairs to the first floor, and just off the landing is a master bedroom with romantic four poster king size bed and en suite with shower and WC. The second spacious double bedroom is also an en suite with shower over bath and WC. Outside the property is a private enclosed garden with garden furniture. The cottage is an independent wing, adjoining the owners farmhouse and farm, guests have the option of helping feed the animals. On the farm there is also a circular walk around the surrounding fields. There is parking next to the property for two cars.
