Guests say

Brook House Farm Cottage is consistently praised for its spaciousness, comfort, and well-equipped nature. Guests enjoy the peaceful surroundings, with only the owners and cows nearby, and find the location convenient for exploring Cheshire and nearby attractions. The enclosed garden and comfortable beds are highlights, and the owner's warm welcome and helpfulness are frequently mentioned.

There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.

The cottage's location is well-regarded for its quietness and proximity to local shopping centres, National Trust properties, parts of Wales, Liverpool, and good food at the local pub.

Guests find the cottage to be a comfortable and homely place to stay, with special mentions of the spaciousness and comfortable beds, although one guest noted the duvets were a bit warm during a summer heatwave.

The cottage is described as fully equipped and well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. However, one review suggests that the property could do with a little TLC in places.

While guests speak highly of the owner's warm welcome and helpfulness, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would fall under this category, so a score cannot be provided.
