The house is absolutely beautiful. It's a real home from home with everything you could possibly need. It's so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. There is everything we could need and more. We were left a lovely welcome pack which made everything so much easier. Arriving late with 2 children and there was ample for breakfast the next day including bread, milk, tea, coffee, fresh farm eggs, jams, biscuits, fruit and more. Everything had been thought of. There was lots of fresh towels and the cottage was spotless. There is a fantastic upstairs bathroom. The shower is excellent. The cottage is so warm and cosy. It really is such good value! The nook is set on a working farm. We were made to feel so welcome. Our children absolutely loved feeding the sheep and chickens. Val was so wonderful with them and by the end of the holiday my 3 year old had adopted Val as "nanny Val" The area is lovely, right next to seven sisters ice cream farm who do the most fantastic desserts. There are national trust properties, Chester zoo and lots of things to do within a short drive. Knutsford itself is lovely, filled with little boutiques, restaurants and fantastic little charity shops. We would also recommend Woodlands Alpaca Farm near Warrington for a fun morning out walking Alpacas too! Thank you for a wonderful family holiday x

The kitchen is so spacious and open, with pretty much everything we could need. The bedrooms are comfortable and big with extra nice bedding. The best part of the cottage, in my opinion, is the fantastic upstairs bathroom. My husband loves the bath and I think the shower is excellent. I can't think of a better endorsement than to say that this is the place we plan on staying every time we're in the area. It suits all our needs.

The owners, Val and Trevor, made us feel very welcome, and a generous welcome pack with essentials and treats helped us get settled in. The cottage was very comfortable, with a large well equipped kitchen and a super bathroom. The peaceful garden, with patio table and chairs, was a short stroll from the cottage and provided a peaceful space to relax in a lovely rural setting. We enjoyed feeding the sheep on the way. The wonderful Tatton Park is nearby, and we enjoyed the market towns of Knutsford and Nantwich. We found a car to be essential and had great visits to Chester Zoo and RHS Bridgewater. Thank you Val and Trevor, we had a great time in Cheshire.
