About this property
Modern spacious barn conversion with stylish finish. Five bedrooms in total, three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. There are two en-suite bathrooms with a shower over the bath, plus a shared bathroom with a shower cabin serving two of the bedrooms. In addition, there is a separate WC with a sink that is accessible to all guests. Fully equipped kitchen with double oven and microwave finished with granite worktops and a large living room with Sky TV and a separate utilities room with washer/dryer. Folding patio doors lead on to a 70ft wooden deck with outdoor furniture and outdoor hot tub. The Stables Retreat has underfloor heating and is ideal for family or group bookings. No pets.. The park are unable to accommodate any commercial vehicles parked at the lodges. If this applies please leave them at the reception.
Wi-Fi is available at a charge, however it is slower than a landline Wi-Fi signal as the trees can sometimes disrupt the strength. Wi-Fi at Ladera is very intermittent so please be aware of this before arrival.
Security Deposit: Please note that a security deposit of £250, payable directly to the park via bank transfer, is required prior to arrival. A representative from the park will contact you to arrange payment. The deposit will be refunded back onto your card shortly after bank details have been provided for the transfer.
Arrival Information: Check in is between 4pm - 6.30pm, if you are going to arrive after 6.30pm please call the park to arrange.Facilities: Please be aware that your hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on your day of arrival due to water change and maintenance.Fast Broadband Internet has now been implemented on site.NO gas BBQ,s are permitted on the park but guests can bring their own disposable BBQ's-These have to be raised from the ground.Ladera Retreat Lodges reception staff will contact you prior to arrival with all the necessary check in details.

Excellent property for large family or two families to stay together - sleeps 10. Facilities within property excellent, the kitchen was wonderful, hot tub well maintained, plenty of outside space overlooking fields, horses and donkeys.The only issue that prevented a five star review was the bedding - the duvet covers were bobbled and the pillows were flat and need replacing, the mattress in one double bedroom was uncomfortable and needed replacing too.

We had a great weekend here as a group of 9 friends. Plenty of space for us all and the house is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The view over the fields is beautiful, and the horses coming over to say hello was a lovely, welcome addition.All the bedrooms were spacious, the lounge area was huge, welcoming and comfortable and the staff we interacted with were great. Would definitely recommend!

The stables was beautiful, large enough for a crazy family of 8, spacious and had everything you needed including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer! Lots of good facilities, and the hot tub was a perfect added extra!
