The caravan itself was spotless and a decent size for a family of 4. There is a sofa bed (although it dipped when sat on) so you could have another 2 guests but its only advertised as a 4 berth. The site is small but really nice and quiet. I think the majority of caravans are privately owned. I was a bit disappointed there was no longer a play park for the children, even though their site says there is one so there is literally nothing for children. The laundrette was £5 to use and there's an onsite small museum for £2 cash although opening times are sparse. The on site pub/restaurant was nice and the Sunday lunch was lovely. The location was great and we explored different places every day. Eden camp is a must visit as well as Scarborough and Whitby. Overall we had a lovely stay.
