Set over three floors there are two bedrooms; the double room has an additional dressing area and the twin room has the added luxury of en-suite shower facilities making this delightful property suitable for families and friends alike. The light filled living space is on the top floor with a glass door leading to an enclosed balcony; an idyllic space to inhale the invigorating sea air and admire the ever-changing seascape vistas. Dawson Beach House also has the bonus of off road parking in a car-port directly at its front entrance.

Dawson Beach House is on 3 floors so make sure you don't mind doing stairs. The parking is in the dry under the house so thats a real bonus. The property is well equipped with everything you might need.Is clean in the main areas, but under sinks, behind the television, tiles in the bathroom etc could do with a bit of attention. I vacuumed behind the television myself!The shower is not very powerful but if water pressure is low, there is not much the owners can do about it.We had a lovely holiday. The view is fabulous and so many great places to eat or get a takeaway. I would recommend Dawson Beach House though. Nowhere suits everyone. PS the bottle of wine was a nice touch too.

Located in an excellent position, with access to the village amenities. Found some areas within the property that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, had stains on the bed sheets, pillows were mussy, also the heating seemed to be on a timer so we were not able to adjust to suit the chilly evenings.

Excellent area with stunning views. All amenities which suited us very well. Third time in going
