Relax after a day out exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the comfortable sofa, snuggle up in front of the cosy log burner, and enjoy a great film on the Smart TV. Also located in the lounge is a dining table, ideal for family gatherings and a good spot for a game of cards. The well equipped kitchen is the ideal spot to cook up a storm with direct access out to the courtyard with a seating area. Heading up the stairs you will find a spacious master king size bedroom with ample storage space and a TV and a cosy twin bedroom. Finally completing the accommodation is the shower room. Venturing outside with direct access from the kitchen and around the side of the property there is a shared courtyard with a table and chairs for al fresco dining or lazy evening star gazing. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 twin. 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air fryer and washing machine. Smart TV in lounge and TV in master bedroom. Log burner (first bucket of logs provided). Enclosed shared courtyard with seating area (available Easter to end of September). This property does not have a dedicated EV charge point. Charging an EV via a domestic 3 pin power point, either internal or external, poses a fire risk and is strictly prohibited. Dedicated EV charge points can be found at various locations in the area. Parking available to side street plus additional permit for car parks across Northumberland.
