Walk to the busy fishing harbour to watch the daily catch being landed, play on the sandy beach, and explore the coastal paths. Head northwards towards magnificent Bamburgh Castle and south towards beautiful Beadnell Bay for water sports and a sunset stroll towards Dunstanburgh Castle and beyond. Take a boat trip out to the Farne Islands or try a local fishing trip. The golf course has sea views and is open year round to visitors. A short drive will take you to Lindisfarne s Holy Island for a great day out and you must visit Alnwick s castle and fabulous gardens.
