Experience the ultimate luxury getaway at Art House, a beautifully designed holiday home located in the charming coastal town of Seahouses. With miles of white sandy beaches within walking distance as well as shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, this is a perfect base for families and friends to gather together and explore the stunning coastline.
Art House has been thoughtfully designed to offer families and groups of friends a perfect home away from home. With four spacious bedrooms, including two with en-suite facilities, and an open-plan living and dining area, Art House can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests and is dog friendly.
The walls are adorned with stylish artwork (as the name suggests) and the ground floor open-plan living area is flooded with natural light from the full height windows and doors looking out to the rear decking.The modern, fully-fitted kitchen is well-equipped for even the keenest chefs with two ovens, two full height fridges, a full height freezer, a plate warmer, and a 48 bottle wine fridge.
Comfortable sofas wrap around the living area where everyone can sit together and watch a film after a family feast around the large dining table.
Art House boast four large bedrooms allowing up to ten guests (maximum eight adults). On the ground floor there are two bedrooms which can be made up either as a super-king or twin singles, one of which has its own en-suite shower room. The family bathroom is also on the ground floor, which enjoys a roll-top bath and separate walk-in shower.
On the first floor, a tastefully furnished principle suite with its own dressing area, en-suite bathroom and sitting room with a television. The fourth bedroom, also on the first floor, has two single beds with two pull out beds; one with a single mattress, and one with a toddler sized mattress.
Outside, enjoy a morning coffee on the patio whilst planning your day ahead. There is private parking for 3-4 cars and an EV charger for guests to use.

The house was great - very well-stocked, with lots of room and in a great location. It had mostly everything that we needed, with some minor omissions eg spare toilet rolls, pizza cutter, a missing sofa cushion, a bed mattress that has seen better days and a tired patio area. There were also meant to be bags left for the bedding to be put in at the end of our stay but they weren't anywhere to be found. We were also unable to get the oven extractor fan to work. We reported none of these issues at the time as they didn't have a huge impact but for the price that we paid for the week, these issues would not be expected so, what would otherwise have been a score of 5/5 would probably be a 4.5/5.

The house is great except the extractor fan in the open plan kitchen does not work and if you want to watch TV you should no that there are only apps on the TV which takes some getting used to! You should also be aware that there is little garden just a small rear yard where you can sit and the property is not within walking distance of the town and shopping.
