Hawthorn Lodge is set in the idyllic PercyWood Country Park and golf course in Swarland Northumberland. The park offers an 18 hole golf course and lots of outdoor spaces to explore with an abundance of wildlife including deer, squirrels and ducks .

Set on an elevated site, Hawthorn lodge looks out over the nearby Simonside hills. You can relax in the new hot tub and enjoy scenic views by day and Northumberland's impressive dark skies at night. We are close to the towns of Alnwick, Morpeth and the harbour town of Amble and many of Northumberland's magnificent beaches such as Druridge Bay, Warkworth and Bamburgh.

Explore the historic town of Alnwick and it's ancient castle, and award winning Alnwick Gardens. Northumberland offers many other historic castles and site to visit.

For walkers the Simonside Hills and Cheviots are within easy reach and after a long day walking outdoors relax in the hot tub in the evening.

Hawthorn Lodge offers a great base to explore Northumberland or even for a peaceful weekend retreat.
