Hugged by thick Northumbrian stone walls and lovingly restored, Coquet Cottage is a beautifully restored 17th century cottage providing boutique-style luxury accommodation.
Nestled right in the heart of the Coquet Valley in the pretty little hamlet of Weldon Bridge, Coquet Cottage is just yards from the highly renowned Anglers Arms pub and restaurant. The pretty River Coquet is also just yards from this lovely cottage, such a peaceful and tranquil place to unwind from the fast pace of normal life. Sleeping just 2, the cottage has a wonderful quirky style and a warming wood-burning stove making it particularly cosy and romantic.
Within a few minutes drive is the incredibly beautiful Northumberland National Park, offering superb walking. The National Trust Cragside House and Estate is also just a short drive from the cottage, and the pretty Northumbrian town of Rothbury has an interesting range of independent shops and art galleries, pubs and restaurants.
