Trig View cottage was ideal for what I wanted. Modern, clean and in the perfect location to visit the primary attractions in northern England. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely cottage, great location for exploring Hadrians wall and Roman history.

Supposed to be dog friendly but the front patio is open so you could not have the patio doors open as there was a fairly busy road right behind the property, an accident waiting to happen. Apart from a few coat hangers there was nowhere to put clothes and no room for luggage. No washing machine which I would expect for a luxury cottage. Ok fora weekend getaway but difficult for a week with a dog.
