Super place ,just far enough away from the local town without being isolated. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. All in all an excellent place to stay with great visuals

We had a lovely week in The Stable. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. There was a nest of house martins at the front door which we watched for hours. Highly recommend The Pheasant Inn for Sunday lunch, 5 minute drive away, food was very good and lovely surroundings. The cottage was well situated to explore Northumberland and cross the border to Scotland. Will definitely visit again.
