The inviting south facing sunroom, which leads off from the kitchen has a couple of chairs where you can sit with a morning coffee. Upstairs there are two beautifully presented bedrooms, a king size with a built in wardrobe for your belongings. The dual aspect windows offer a lovely view of the nearby countryside. The pretty second bedroom has a double bed with open storage and a south facing view towards Hexham and beyond. Completing the accommodation there is an elegant shower room with a rainfall shower and WC. Outside, to the side of the cottage a gate leads into the spacious garden with garden furniture where you can enjoy drinks or dine al fresco.

There is on street parking for two cars located on the opposite side of the road to the cottage (subject to availability) and additional, free parking can be found nearby.
