Nearby attractions include Hareshaw Linn Waterfall, Percy’s Cross (both 5.5 miles), Winter’s Gibbet, Black Middens Bastle House, the National Trust’s Wallington (all within 12 miles), Belsay Hall, Castle and Gardens (16 miles), the pretty market town of Hexham (18.5 miles).
