About this property

Situated in the quaint village of Ellingham, this property is ideally located a short distance from the stunning Northumbrian Coast aonb (6.5 miles), where the seaside villages of Seahouses (6.7 miles) and Beadnell (5.7 miles) have plenty to offer, from kayaking along the coastline to galloping along the beach on horseback. Off the coast, the Farne Islands offer a great day out. Home to one of the most famous bird sanctuaries in England and a frequently sighted grey seal colony, this little archipelago offers plenty to see and do! Closer to home, Ellingham hosts a traditional dog friendly country pub, with plenty of food and drink on offer.

Entering on the ground floor and into the brightly lit kitchen, with ample space to cook up a storm, the contemporary farmhouse kitchen is a great space to entertain guests. Through the kitchen, you are led into the main living space, the spacious and homely lounge, with a wood burner and plush seating. Hidden between the kitchen and lounge, you will find the first king-size zip-and-link bedroom, a cheerful space with access to the patio garden. From the main lounge, you will find yourself in the snug, another relaxing space to enjoy an evening by the fire. Heading upstairs, the master with king-size bed and en-suite offers delightful views across the gardens and nearby terraces. Across from the master bedroom, you are led towards a double bedroom which also boasts lovely views. Through the hallway, you will find a further king-size zip-and-link bedroom. Next door to this, is the fifth bedroom, a cosy single bedroom, offering an enjoyable space to wind-down and relax. Towards the end of the hallway, you will find the family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Linking us back to the entrance of the property, down the second set of stairs you can find the ground floor cloakroom and WC.

Outside the property you will find several sun traps too, from a gravelled patio space to the lawned gardens where you can enjoy your dinner alfresco.

      A comfortable and spacious property, ideal for family get-togethers and holidays. A quiet location well situated for trips to the coast and inland.

      Fabulous 5 bedroom house in the delightful village of Ellingham, just a short walk from the local pub - make sure to book a table as the quality of its food means it is always busy. There are 2 lounges, a large well equipped dining kitchen, and a choice of 3 pretty gardens when the weather is fine; otherwise a heap of dvds and games for use. So handy for the seaside villages, close to lovely towns like Alnwick and Morpeth too. Needless to say we would've liked to stay longer.
