Explore independent shops, bars, and restaurants, the Alnwick Playhouse for theatre, cinema, and the arts and the much loved second hand bookstore with model trains overhead, open fires, and a café is a must. Golf lovers can play in Alnwick and the beachside course in nearby Alnmouth. Stroll on Alnmouth s beautiful beach and enjoy lunch and shopping in the pretty village. Head to Warkworth s medieval castle, beach, and river walks (6.5 miles), and Amble s harbour town for the marina, excellent seafood restaurants, and award winning High Street.
