The Middle Apartment can sleep up to six people and is ideal for visitors wishing to explore the golden, sandy estuary between the River Aln and the North Sea. Famous landmarks within easy reach include Holy Island, Bamburgh and Alnwick Castle. Easily accessible by car, Alnmouth also has a train station with regular services to Newcastle and Edinburgh available.

The living accommodation includes a beautiful lounge with large bay window, period fireplace, wall mounted TV and leather suite. There are also two dining areas plus an Italian designed kitchen with full range of integrated appliances. The sun room is the perfect place to relax and is furnished with comfortable wicker seating, bi-folding doors and beautiful views.

The apartment has three spacious and luxurious bedrooms which each have their own marble ensuite bath or shower room. The bedrooms are presented as one double with a queen size bed and there are two further twin bedrooms.

To the rear of the property is a secure courtyard with remote controlled garage door which gives you access to park one car securely. There is also a lift in the building plus guests will find further free parking in bays around the property and into the village.

The rental charge includes central heating, towels, bed linen, basic bathroom toiletries and Wi-Fi service. Entry into the property is via a security keypad.
