Lapwing Cottage provided a calm, quiet, cosy, safe and very comfortable stay whilst working away from home for a week. The host Louise was incredibly helpful throughout all our contact together and the generous welcome of fresh eggs, milk and homemade Victoria sponge made for a very thoughtful and kind treat at the end of a long journey. And, wow, can that woman bake!
