very clean tidy and good quality fittings. kitchen needs a little attention kick plate dropped down a few times and some of kitchen cabinets fouling need slightly adjusting. I was surprised not to have hand soap as had other items not expected and en suite shower could do with some anti slip . These are only minor things . Thrilled with apartment had a wonderful stay would highly recommend and looking forward to booking again . local shop within easy reach gated parking so secure . It was easy to find, the owner organised meeting with us on our arrival to give us the keys and explained how everything worked and then left us to enjoy our holiday. The one thing that concerned us slightly is that a couple of the paving stones on the exterior steps were loose and wobbly. Myself and my daughter almost tripped several times on separate occasions. We just needed to be careful but if someone was carrying luggage or shopping etc, there may be a chance of falling. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay in comfort and clean conditions.

It is spacious, the decor, facilities and level of cleanliness were immaculate. The property is situated within a good distance of exploring the County Durham area, and beyond. Also, there are plenty of shops for self catering needs available in nearby Sacriston.
