Stayed in Coifftop 7 (Disabled). Begged to be relocated due to being right on the train track but our plea fell on deaf ears. Our 7 month old baby kept awake from the loud boom sound of trains passing as early as 5am till almost midnight. Very dirty/filthy caravan with a stench. Was offered to re clean but I had already done half the cleaning and spent so much on cleaning products. Dirty smelly carpets and the dirtiest shower curtain I have ever seen. Worn out kitchen equipment. Cobwebs on light fittings. We were all stung by whatever it was ?? Bedbugs and had deep wash even unused stuff when we got home. First and last time booking with Parkdean having (will keep my loyalty to Haven) Waste of money and time. Horrible weather to top it up.Only positive my 11 year old is enjoyed the organised football. Entertainment was ok. Nonetheless will not book with Parkdean. Will not return to Crimdon dean or Northumberland.
