The cottage was clean warm and cosy and a lovely welcome hamper on arrival was a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay again if we were visiting the area.

So homely! Extremely clean and full of everything you need for a comfy stay. It rained most of our trip but the great thing was we had games in the cottage to play, Sky Stream & plenty of space and utensils for cooking. The garden space is great. The views from upstairs of the hills and trees and wonderful. The beds were extremely comfy. I would certainly recommend your cottage to friends and family! So pet friendly, beds bowls and blankets all available in case we forgot anything. Everything is so well thought of. Amazing hosts!

The cottage is extremely dog friendly and the enclosed garden so beneficial. It's very well equipped, both for dogs and their servants. Great, central location for visiting nearby towns and villages, as well as attractions and places of interest. Demesne Mill picnic area- a gateway to several scenic walks, is just around the corner, so taking the car out for dog walks is not essential. Abby was very helpful and responsive to messages and we really appreciated the welcome basket of foodstuff and drinks. We would and will certainly stay here again when visiting family in the North East.
