Clean and tidy cottage with everything we needed.

The cottage is small in size but perfect for us and our retriever Seren and we have already recommended it to our family. It was cosy, clean and welcoming and with comfy beds plus all the equipment we needed. There are lovely walks nearby and loads of interesting places to explore within reasonable reach. Good internet and TV in both bedrooms and the lounge - it was almost a shame the weather was so warm as the log burner looked very inviting and there was a plentiful supply of dry logs. We hope to be back !

The cottage is very tiny. There is a folding dining table & chairs provided but really no space to put it. The double bedroom has limited space to walk by the window side & at the bed & at the bottom of the bed. The kitchen window overlooks a well planned seated garden which you discover is next doors. When you open the kitchen door the small sloping garden that greets you is overlooked by the other neighbours kitchen window, there wasn't any where to sit out at the rear. To the front is a small patio area with seating & a table but no lawn as that is next doors! However, the cottage is extremely well thought out & been designed to very high standards. Using every possible bit of space to its advantage. You have to appreciate the quirky character of it & it is in the most wonderful area with the sounds skylarks, curlews & the local peacocks.
