Wi-Fi signal was excellent. Heating made the cottage very comfortable. The only word i can use to describe the property is perfect. Helen and Richard were very welcoming and friendly. The welcoming hamper was much appreciated. Thank you from Ian and Offie.

The views from the sunroom windows are absolutely stunning. The cottage is comfy and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Middleton in Teesdale is a pretty and friendly village within a 5 minute walk from the cottage and we highly recommend lunch at Samuel James for good coffee and food. Recommend also Barnard Castle and Raby Castle, High and Low Force, and Stanhope for nearby days out. Helen, who owns the cottage is lovely and friendly and left us a much appreciated welcome basket of goodies. We will definitely be coming back to West Reins. Sam and Stephen Liverpool

Superb views, extremely comfortable and finished to a very high standard. The very friendly and welcoming owners have worked hard to provide a first class holiday property just on the edge of the lovely village, Middleton in Teesdale .
