Surrounded by open countryside, spectacular walks and excellent cycle routes can be enjoyed from the doorstep.  The neighbouring village of Thurlton, ¾ miles, boasts a local shop and a friendly public house.  The area has excellent road links providing easy access to both sandy beaches and the National Park Norfolk Broads for daily boat hire and river trips.  Reedham Ferry, a chain linked ferry crossing, is just 2 miles away and takes you on a trip across the River Yare, with a pub serving good. . .
