In an attractive, quiet setting, adjacent to the owner’s home, it makes an ideal holiday retreat. Nearby Diss has an interesting range of individual shops, restaurants and pubs as well as a leisure centre and direct train links to London. Diss also boasts more listed buildings than any other Norfolk town. Central location for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk, midway between Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, Ipswich and the lovely Suffolk Heritage coast. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

Beautiful location. Very comfortable sofa and bed. Amazing shower. Generous welcome hamper. Excellent base for Diss, Bressingham, Banham Zoo and Thornham Walks. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely, comfortable cottage. It had everything we needed. Not far from the attractions we wanted to visit, all within an hour's drive away. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

Lovely, well-equipped cottage in a peaceful, rural spot yet within very easy reach of Diss (for supermarkets and town amenities) and the A143.My children (8 and 4) enjoyed the orchard and saying hi to the animals in the neighbouring fields. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and excellent shower! Big thanks to the owners who made the experience so positive.
