Nestled within the grounds of the owners’ 17th-century Grade II listed home, an impressive tree-lined drive winds by acres of grassed meadows, orchard and mature trees, and the River Waveney flows through the grounds, perfect for riverside strolls and spotting wildlife. Tall wrought iron gates take you into a paved terrace with an entrance to The Loft. From the moment you step inside, exposed timber beams and characterful ceilings create a true feast for the eyes. Stairs lead to the spacious open-plan accommodation where a French door opens to a Juliette balcony. The living area offers a comfortable sofa, TV and DAB radio, alongside a dining table for relaxed meals. The bedroom area features a sumptuous double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the well-equipped kitchen invites you to dine at home.
