Banham is a small village situated within the county of Norfolk, resting just 23.5 miles away from the city of Norwich. Despite being a small village, it houses an award-winning zoo which is home to over 2,000 animals, including Sambirano bamboo lemurs, red kangaroos and white-faced saki monkeys. Also, in the village is a family-ran pub, a Post Office and a convenient shop. Just a short drive away is the man-made Thetford Forest, where you will find a wonderful patchwork of woodland to explore on foot or bike. Alternatively, head to the city of Norwich, where you will find an abundance of amenities and attractions to suit all ages and tastes.
