Everything in the cottage is perfect including the really comfy bed 😁 the peace and tranquility is next to none, beautiful outlook with lots of wildlife around, we saw green woodpecker, greater spotted woodpecker, lots small birds and deer in the field all from the patio area. Everything you need for a relaxing break is supplied in the cottage. We met the very freindly owner Trudie and the lovely black cat Freddie. There is lots to see and do in the area too. Many thanks for the lovely welcome pack on arrival. We will definitely be making a 2nd visit in the future as our short 3 day visit was just not enough ! The only downside was having to leave 😪

Fantastic stay in this wonderful fully equipped renovated barn conversion. From the start of our break we were welcomed by trudie, and given all the necessary information about the property, area, and local amenities. When we entered the room we we’re overwhelmed with the thought that had gone into the place, the milk and butter in the fridge, breakfast cereal, assortments of tea, hot chocolate, jam and marmalade along with some pancakes. The kitchen was fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, the cupboards were full with everything you need, it was home from home. The bedroom was amazing, the character of the conversion shone through. The window was positioned in the perfect place to show off the wonderful view of the fields that surrounded the room. And the piece and quiet was such a nice break for us.The bathroom was lovely with a full length shower, again it was like home from home, the cupboards were stocked with everything you need, toothbrushes, shower gel, ladies products and lots more. The short time we stayed was a pleasure and we would in no doubt stay again. The local area is beautiful and Robin and Trudie have a fantastic gem of a place.Thank you.Brian and Nat
