No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps from the verandah to the garden, and unfenced river access.. This very comfortable, spacious lodge enjoys a peaceful riverside setting which is very good for pike fishing (Nov-Jan when there are fewer boats on the water), with its own mooring on the banks of the Bure (view from garden shown in photograph). The living room has a 28in flat screen TV, and patio doors facing the river - dinghies and day boats are available for hire nearby. Shops and inns are within 0.75 miles at the Broadland ‘capital’ of Wroxham. The city of Norwich is only 20 minutes’ drive with fine shopping, restaurants and museums. Sandy beaches are about 12 miles away at Waxham and Sea Palling. Shops and pubs within 0.75 miles.

A beautiful property in a superb location on the riverbank and only a short walk into Wroxham with all it's amenities.

Great location right on the main river , everything you could need in the accommodation but could do with WIFI .Heron came up to the door every morning as did the ducks . Place and view is fantastic. Fishing was a bit hard this year due to the extreme weather but still lots to catch and watching the boats going up and down all day is so relaxing.

Adults may find the single beds in the twin room on the ground floor uncomfortable. One mattress is quite soft and the other hard.The slot meter for electric I feel is an uneccessary inconvenience in this age of contacless payments. The Gas is included in the price so why not electric?On the plus side, it is in a lovely location, provided you don't mind lots of boats going past the garden all day in the summer months.
