Guests say

The Seas Beach House receives high praise for its unbeatable proximity to a beautiful sandy beach, spacious and spotless interiors, and comfortable beds. Guests appreciate the peaceful location, ample parking, and homely touches. The welcome pack is frequently mentioned as a delightful gesture, though not guaranteed. Some guests note that the garden's gravel is not ideal for dogs and mention a static caravan in the garden. Minor maintenance issues are occasionally raised, but overall, the property offers a relaxing and memorable seaside escape.

Cleanliness is consistently highlighted, with multiple guests describing the property as spotless, pristine, and super clean. Only one or two minor mentions of sand being hard to manage due to the beach location, but this is not attributed to a lack of cleaning.

The location is universally praised for being just steps from a quiet, sandy beach and offering lovely sea views. Guests love the peaceful setting and easy access to local eateries, though some note the access road is narrow.

Guests frequently mention comfortable beds and a homely feel. Some note the split-level layout and garden gravel are less suitable for those with mobility issues or elderly dogs, but overall comfort is rated highly.

The property is well-equipped, with a washing machine, good Wi-Fi, and plenty of space. Some guests would have preferred a dishwasher, walk-in shower, or more dog-friendly garden furniture. Minor maintenance issues (doors, garden, caravan) are occasionally mentioned.

Many guests appreciate the welcome pack and thoughtful touches, such as dog biscuits and quality linens. However, as gifts and extras are not guaranteed, future guests should not expect them as standard.

The place was a little gem. We loved the place. No issues. We loved it so much we booked for the following year when we were there. That is something we have never done. The owners were so lovely. Great beach too.

A real quiet getaway. We booked this cottage knowing it was a little out of the way, so people be aware there is no amusements, gaudy shops etc. The Seas Beach House has absolutely everything you could need for a getaway. Plenty of space, and super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived with the sun room as it had lots of things in there that would keep you occupied on a rainy day including table football ! The beds were comfy and it has a real homely feel about it. You also arrive to a fantastic welcome basket. Eric & Jo were super helpful if we needed anything and were very friendly too although we only communicated by phone. We didn’t realise from the photos that the steps shown are the only way down to the beach so if you have mobility issues this may not be the one for you although I have bad knees and still made it. Also to my surprise there is a washing machine at the house (thank you) so that’s fab too . There are some gorgeous villages nearby if you are wanting a meal out or a look around the shops . Lots of different seaside towns within a small driving distance too. Hubby wants to go back already and I would most definitely recommend. Just like a little home from home and super quiet, just what we were after. You won’t be disappointed if you book
