Guests say

The Seas Beach House receives high praise for its unbeatable proximity to a beautiful sandy beach, spacious and spotless interiors, and a welcoming atmosphere. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and peaceful location, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The thoughtful welcome pack is frequently mentioned, though not guaranteed. Some guests note minor issues with the garden's suitability for dogs, the presence of a static caravan, and split-level flooring, but these do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience.

Cleanliness is consistently highlighted, with multiple guests describing the property as spotless, pristine, and super clean. High-quality towels and linen are also noted.

The location is universally praised for its immediate access to a quiet, sandy beach and tranquil surroundings. Guests love the sea views and peaceful setting, though some mention the access road is narrow.

Guests find the beds very comfortable and the house spacious and homely. Minor concerns include split-level flooring and some uncomfortable seating in the summer room, but overall comfort is rated highly.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and multiple TVs. Some guests mention the lack of a dishwasher, walk-in shower, and garden furniture, and note the static caravan in the garden as a drawback.

Many guests mention a generous welcome pack and friendly, helpful hosts, though it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

A real quiet getaway. We booked this cottage knowing it was a little out of the way, so people be aware there is no amusements, gaudy shops etc. The Seas Beach House has absolutely everything you could need for a getaway. Plenty of space, and super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived with the sun room as it had lots of things in there that would keep you occupied on a rainy day including table football ! The beds were comfy and it has a real homely feel about it. You also arrive to a fantastic welcome basket. Eric & Jo were super helpful if we needed anything and were very friendly too although we only communicated by phone. We didn’t realise from the photos that the steps shown are the only way down to the beach so if you have mobility issues this may not be the one for you although I have bad knees and still made it. Also to my surprise there is a washing machine at the house (thank you) so that’s fab too . There are some gorgeous villages nearby if you are wanting a meal out or a look around the shops . Lots of different seaside towns within a small driving distance too. Hubby wants to go back already and I would most definitely recommend. Just like a little home from home and super quiet, just what we were after. You won’t be disappointed if you book
