Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. This 16th-century Grade II listed farmhouse offers a haven for larger family groups seeking a unique and spacious retreat. Tucked amongst the tranquil countryside in the South Norfolk village of Banham, a special place to unwind in style and reconnect with nature in the most peaceful setting. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the open-plan dining area complete with a rustic large oak dining table to celebrate any occasion in style.

Two formal lounges, both with comfy sofas, wood-burning stoves, and Smart TV’s. Perfect for enjoying great conversation and watching your favourite movies. A Snug TV room is a cosy and comfortable room where you can kick back and enjoy, having board games and a library of books, also a great space for the kids to enjoy their games and own preferred TV choices.

Upstairs you will find ‘Wren’, a spacious king bedroom with a double sofa bed and en-suite shower room. Along the landing a contemporary twin bedroom ‘Blackbird’, followed by a double bedroom ‘Kingfisher’ with double aspect garden views. Both bedrooms have access to the family bathroom with twin basins, full-size bath and LED backlit mirror. A further kingsized bedroom, ‘Woodpecker’ with an en-suite shower room, also accessed via a secondary traditional steep wooden spiral staircase.

Outside are the extensive wrap-around lawn gardens, a lush oasis that invites you to unwind, and relax enjoying the sunshine, or shade of the mature trees.     We were greeted on arrival and had a tour of the property. The owner was extremely friendly and very helpful. My grand children used the pool every day and loved it we were so pleased that we have re booked for next year as we feel there is more for us to explore in the surrounding area really nice holiday home.

    I’d rather say the opposite of the above, to ensure the Farmhouse & Cedar barn are available for when we want it!!!!Martin & Caroline are fantastic hosts. The houses were beautiful & spotless. Didn’t really want to let the children in!!! The gardens were stunning. Pool was beautiful. We were worried about the hours rule, but it worked out fine. We used it for two hours or so at times.We would love to return.
