Lovely cottage in a superb location, perfect for exploring the Broads. The cottage was comfortable and warm. The beds comfortable and lovely pillows and duvet. There is everything you need and it has a nice big garden with Bbq facilities. There is also parking for 2 cars if needed which is a bonus as it is on quite a busy narrow road. We loved the location with a view of the water front and a short walk to coffee shops, gift shops and a nice pub (not recommended by the owners but we found it pleasant enough) Richard greeted us on arrival and showed us around. Instructions for everything were very clear and precise and made settling in easy. I love the fact that it was Richard's childhood home. The only let down was cleanliness. It's an old cottage so a bit of dust and cobwebs was expected but unfortunately the shower wasn't very clean. There were quite a few hairs visible, it looked like it had just been used. Some of the cooking equipment was also dirty. However, once we had a clean up, we enjoyed our stay.It is very reasonable for the location.

Fantastic location with shops, pubs and of course the broads right on your doorstep. Would definitely book again but for 2 weeks, a week wasn't long enough for us!
